Valerio De Guevara is vindicated with a public apology from Brad McBride.
After 5 long and expensive years of litigation, I have been vindicated. The following is a joint statement released to the public explaining the outcome:
By Valerio De Guevara, Brad McBride, and Zero Down Supply Chain Solutions
Brad McBride and Zero Down Supply Chain Solutions have resolved the allegations raised against Valerio De Guevara in Zero Down Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. et al. v Global Transportation Management Solutions, Inc. et al., Civil No. 02:07-cv-00400. Under the terms of their agreement, Mr. McBride has released Valerio De Guevara from any and all liability without any financial payment. The settlement agreement and the relase completely absolves Valerio De Guevara from any and all claims of wrongdoing in this matter. Mr McBride regrets involving Valerio De Guevara in the litigation. Valerio De Guevara regrets that others may have injured Mr. McBride's business.
Mr. McBride and Zero Down continue to pursue claims against Thad Haderlie, RKC Development, L.C., Global Transportation Management Solutions, LLC, Shawn Shaw, and Global Transportation Solutions, Inc. Each of those defendants has been found to be in default as a sanction for refusing to properly participate in the case. Mr. McBride and Zero Down have also entered into settlement agreements with other parties in the case.
